Andreas Mayer, a native of Bavaria and living in Austria for 5 years, has devised his own style de Cuisine and brought it to perfection.
French-orientated, with pungent armoa. His dishes and creations, presented with passion for detail, seem like artistic craftwork. Mayer loves the combination of extraordinary flavours.
Of utmost importance for Mayer is the moment of the guest's enjoyment.

More important than all my awards are my guests, who I want to surprise and delectate every day. Hearing a languorous 'yum yum' or 'yummy' at a table in the restaurant means success and affirmation of my chosen path for me!
